Yorkshire League team are narrowly beaten again, Knights win again but are trailing Holme Valley who are still undefeated.

Dragons get a convincing win over Netherton B with nearly a white wash - Peter Hepworth was only seconds away from winning on time but last to finish and fatigue setting in caused a lapse in concentration - he was gutted! You can see most of the games played here.

 

2nd November 2008

Sheffield A beat Huddersfield in the Woodhouse Cup, Holme Valley beat Bishops to be the only team in the Scratch League with 4 out of 4. Rooks remain undefeated in the Handicap League

 

11th October 2008

Woodhouse Cup team beat Wakefield to gain their first win of the season.

Huddersfield members join the Calderdale C team and help beat Harrogate C - wins from Mark Rojinsky, Stephen Priest and Peter Hepworth. Chris Stratford also played.

 

8th October 2008

Knights have suffered their first defeat against Holme Valley but the Bishops are still undefeated. Rooks also make it 2 out of 2. Dragons notch up their first win with junior Peter Hepworth winning again in under an hours play.

Most of our teams have now played their opening games with both scratch teams winning their games but our Woodhouse Cup team were beaten by Bradford A 5-3.
